Application and One-Way Interview

Start your journey with us by submitting your application followed by a one-way video interview where you can showcase your skills and experience.

First Round Interview

If your application stands out, we’ll invite you to a first-round interview to discuss your background and assess how your aspirations align with EquityX’s mission.

Final Virtual Interviews

Progress to final virtual interviews where you’ll meet multiple team members and delve deeper into your potential role and contributions.

Offer

Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer outlining the terms of employment and the benefits of joining EquityX.

Acceptance

Upon accepting the offer, you’ll embark on your new career path with EquityX, ready to drive change and foster equity within the business landscape.

 

Placement Process

EquityX locates and acquires thriving businesses that fit our criteria for growth and employee ownership

Our team seeks out, interviews, and selects talented individuals to serve as presidents within the EquityX network.
03.
Once selected, the president is matched with a suitable EquityX company located within a reasonable distance from their home base.
04.
Upon placement, the president undergoes training through the Leadership Accelerator Program, equipping them with the skills needed to lead effectively within EquityX. They then collaborate with EquityX on achieving business milestones moving forward.
